How do you think your bachelor’s degree in psychology helped in your business training?

The teaching methodology utilized at Harvard Business School is known as the Socratic Method.  Harvard uses real business case studies to teach finance, strategy, marketing and overall business administration functions.  I really enjoyed the case study method because there really isn’t one right answer.  In most academic environments, the goal of the class is to have the entire classroom arrive at an agreed upon consensus solution to a problem.  Most life and business challenges don’t have binary solutions.  My psychology training helped to reinforce my ability to see different individual perspectives and expand my problem solving tool-box which I exercised and honed during my time at Harvard Business School with my fellow classmates and professors.

Golnessa

Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator

I’m Golnessa,

I’d say I live somewhere between introvert and extrovert. A little chaotic sometimes, definitely a maximalist, and someone whose career path has confused more than a few family members along the way.

For years, people thought I couldn’t decide what I wanted to do. But the truth is, every step I’ve taken has been intentional. I’ve chosen each path with awareness and heart. I don’t regret any of them, because I was fully present in every chapter,  and each experience became the luggage I carried into the next one.

What is your position at One Key Visa?

I’m the Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator.

What are some of the things that you do, or will be doing, in this position?

My role is to make sure One Key Visa’s message reaches the right audience in the clearest and most effective way.

That means truly understanding our clients, studying our services carefully, and transforming complex information into content that feels simple, accurate, and easy to connect with. If it helps someone understand their path better, I’ve done my job well.

What is a typical day like for you?

I usually wake up early to make it to university on time. Between classes, I treat myself to a coffee (non-negotiable!). After class, I head home to continue working and studying.

I cook for myself, make another tea or coffee, and dive into my tasks. In the evening, I go for a walk to refresh my mind. My nights usually end with YouTube or a show, dinner, and then sleep — ready to do it all again the next day.

What is your Favorite memory?

Whenever I think about this question, my mind goes straight to travel.

I truly believe the width of life matters more than its length, and traveling expands that width beautifully.

Like the time I left cold, polluted Tehran in a terrible mood and flew to the south of Iran. The moment I stepped off the plane, I felt completely renewed.

Or camping at the highest point in Arasbaran, watching clouds, rain, fog, and trees blend together into something that looked more like a painting than real life.

What do you like about your position/job?

Ideation.

I absolutely love coming up with creative solutions. Finding new ways to reach a goal, building it with a supportive team, and then stepping back to see the results that whole process brings me so much joy.

Where are you from?

I was born in Tehran.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

Oh… a lot of things!

I usually start by taking care of myself, cleaning my space, and cooking something good. Then I might paint (even though I’m not great at it), sing (also not great at that 😄), read, write, dance, or spend time with friends especially during our weekend “emotional detox” sessions.

How many Languages do you speak?

I speak Persian and Turkish, and a bit of English.

And I’m still learning Turkish every single day.

Who are your favorite sports teams?

Can I say… none? 😄

What is a fun fact that most people don't know about you?

Honestly, I might be part of the “most people” too 😄

But here’s one: I’m basically like a crow, I love shiny things.

If I had extra money, I’d probably spend it on glittery makeup, sequined clothes, and sparkly nail polishes…

And then, rarely use them, just keep them somewhere and admire them. ✨

Mahshid

Senior Admission Coordinator

Mahshid
Senior Admission Coordinator

Hey! I’m Mahshid – your go-to visa wizard, part-time violinist, full-time student supporter, and always on a mission to learn something new (even if it has nothing to do with my job 😄). I believe every student deserves a smooth, stress-free path to their dream school – and I’m here to make that happen!

What is your position at One Key Visa?
I’m the Senior Admission Coordinator – the person behind the scenes making sure every step of your journey to studying abroad is handled with care (and a little bit of magic ✨). From finding the right school to sitting confidently in your embassy interview, I’m with you all the way.

What are some of the things that you do in this position?
I manage the entire application and visa process – from choosing the best school to making sure the student feels ready for their interview. I answer tons of questions, calm nerves, double-check everything, and celebrate those visa approvals like it’s my own win!

What is a typical day like for you?
I start my day with a light breakfast (coffee is a must!), take a quick shower, and get right into work. I plan my to-do list the night before – it keeps me focused. Honestly, I get so into the work that I don’t even notice time passing. I try to work out regularly, but let’s be real – it’s usually every other day (balance, right? 😅).

What is your favorite memory?
The day I got married – no contest! Everyone I love was there, the energy was full of joy, and it was one of those moments where everything just felt… right.

What do you like about your job?
I love that I get to remove stress from people’s lives. Helping students feel safe, heard, and supported through a process that can be super confusing is so fulfilling for me. I like being the calm in their visa storm.

Where are you from?
Born in Iran 🇮🇷, now living abroad – carrying a little piece of home with me everywhere I go.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
You’ll find me out with friends, binging movies, jamming to music, or going on spontaneous shopping sprees. Life’s too short not to enjoy the little things!

How many languages do you speak?
I speak Farsi, Turkish, and English  – and sometimes all three in one sentence if I’m excited enough.

Who are your favorite sports teams?
Real Madrid, of course! ⚽️ Once a fan, always a fan.

What is a fun fact that most people don't know about you?
I play the violin and absolutely love it. Music is my escape. Also, I’m kind of obsessed with learning – I sign up for random classes just because I’m curious. even if they’re not related to my studies or job. Learning something new always excites me.

Cagla

Social Media Coordinator

Hey! I’m Çağla - digital daydreamer, gamer by night, reader by heart, and full-time content creator. I’m super passionate about storytelling, whether it’s through social media, a good fantasy novel, or an intense gaming session at 1 AM. I live for creativity, strategy, and a tiny bit of chaos — the good kind!

What is your position at One Key Visa?

I’m the Social Media Coordinator, a.k.a. the person behind the stories, reels, and online magic. Basically, if it’s engaging, eye-catching, and on brand, I probably had something to do with it!

What are some of the things that you do, or will be doing, in this position?

I’ll be handling all the fun and creative parts that help our digital presence shine. This includes creating and sharing engaging content, producing helpful and dynamic videos, managing messages and comments, and bringing fresh ideas to the table to help our social media grow in exciting, meaningful ways.

What is a typical day like for you?

I usually start my day with a good cup of coffee. After that, I do a quick workout to boost my energy, then have a nice breakfast before jumping into work. Once I’m done with my tasks, I shift into my evening routine and unwind with one of my favorite games. And if I have any extra time, you’ll definitely find me with a book in my hand.

What is your Favorite memory?

One of my favorite memories is a boat trip I took in Marmaris with my boyfriend. I remember looking around and thinking, “This is what it feels like to be alive.” It was peaceful, beautiful, and full of love.

What do you like about your position/job?

What I enjoy most about this role is the balance between creativity and strategy. I love that I get to express ideas through visual and written content while also focusing on analytics and results. It’s rewarding to see the impact of thoughtful, well-crafted content. It’s not just about posting — it’s about connecting, telling stories, and making an impact.

Where are you from?

I’m from Çanakkale, Turkey — it’s a peaceful city full of history, amazing views, and delicious homemade food.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I’m a total bookworm and a fps gamer. When I’m off-duty, I’m either lost in a fictional world (books or video games, take your pick), writing my own romance novel, or walking on my treadmill while romanticizing life like I’m in a movie montage.

How many Languages do you speak?

I speak Turkish and English fluently, and I’m actively learning German.

Who are your favorite sports teams?

Galatasaray! The best football team in Turkey. Once a lion, always a lion! 🦁

What is a fun fact that most people don't know about you?

I’m insanely curious. Even if a topic seems totally unrelated to me (politics, oceans, ancient history), I somehow end up reading all about it. Learning new things, even the weird and random ones, just makes me feel alive.
